Days 1–7
Notice
Return to breath, sensation, and the signals already present.
A 30-day VALA Somatic experience
Small daily practices to notice your signals, soften unnecessary effort, express what you need, and build embodied self-trust.
5–12 minutes a day · Move at your own pace · Fully clothed practices
Awareness first. Exploration later.
It needs moments where you can hear your breath, feel your sensations, notice your boundaries, and respond without criticism. This journey turns those moments into a simple daily relationship with yourself.
The journey
Days 1–7
Return to breath, sensation, and the signals already present.
Days 8–14
Practice easing effort without demanding that your body relax.
Days 15–21
Listen for preferences, boundaries, needs, and honest choice.
Days 22–30
Live Valuable, Accepted, Loved, and Approved from within.

Your daily rhythm
Read one grounded invitation.
Name what your body is communicating.
Follow a five-to-twelve-minute somatic exercise.
Save one reflection and carry one cue forward.
What you’ll practice
Recognize breath, tension, warmth, fatigue, ease, and other body signals.
Meet what you notice with curiosity instead of immediately fixing or judging it.
Learn the felt qualities of yes, no, maybe, preference, space, and support.
Build confidence through small moments of listening and following through.
